How to replace consumables in printing

When printing filling or supporting, turn the knob anticlockwise in the main interface of the display screen to adjust the printing speed FR100% to 10%. When the printing speed drops, press and hold the extrusion spring clip to quickly pull out the old consumables, and then load the new consumables into the printer (pay attention to the consumables to be inserted in place). Then adjust the printing speed to 30% - 40% to see if it can print normally. After everything is normal, adjust the printing speed to 100%.
The printed model has rough support
Resolvent:
This is unavoidable. If you want a smooth surface, you'd better not add support as much as possible. The surface with support can be polished with fine sandpaper later, and that surface can be smoother. You can also soak it with PLA polishing fluid, but PLA polishing fluid is toxic, so water grinding is recommended.
LCD display nozzle temperature is negative / 0 / error, open the file and wait to start working
Resolvent:
Check whether the heating pipe connection is normal
Check whether the thermistor connection is normal
If the heating tube cannot be heated and the temperature is room temperature, apply for replacement of the heating tube.
If the heating tube can be heated and the temperature shows negative value / 0 / error, apply to replace the thermistor.
Extrusion motor does not work
Resolvent:
Check the stepping motor cable.
Replace the X and e motor wiring and make sure that the limit switch is not pressed.
If the e motor still cannot work after changing the line, replace the e motor.
If the X motor fails to work after changing the line and the line is confirmed to be normal, apply for replacing the motherboard.
The extrusion motor rotates, but the extrusion gear does not
Resolvent:
If the extrusion gear is not locked, lock the set screw (top screw) of the extrusion gear, and pay attention to lock it on the plane of the D-shaped shaft.
Display screen, black screen, white screen, flash screen
Resolvent:
Check the display wiring.
Check whether the cable shielding tape is normal.
Remove the high frequency interference source.
Request to replace the display.
The motor continues to move beyond the range of the printing platform
Resolvent:
Check whether the printer model is set normally when slicing.
When the motor returns to zero and touches the limit switch, it still moves forward
Resolvent:
Check whether the limit switch is normal by replacement method, and apply for replacement of limit switch if it is not normal.
Card slot does not read card
Resolvent:
1. Check if the SD card is faulty
2. Check if the slot is loose
3. Alcohol cleaning
