Solution: This is unavoidable. If you want a smooth surface, you'd better not add support as far as possible. The surface with support can be polished with fine sandpaper later, and that surface can be smoother. You can also soak it with PLA polishing liquid, but PLA polishing liquid is toxic, so water grinding is recommended.
