At this time, you can check the eccentric nut and see if it can be improved by adjusting the eccentric nut.

The slider is deformed. If it still can't work after adjusting the pulley, you can check whether the hardware is deformed. Slight deformation of the slider may be caused in the process of transportation. You can take a picture to show us, so as to better assist the inspection.
